How to make a Reservation!

Here at Ticoadventures we offer you 4 differents way to experience Costa Rica! You can choose between our list of Hotels, our adventure or relaxing types of tours as well as the many Packages that we have for an amazing experience in Costa Rica. And don't forget ticoadventure's custom package where you can create your own way to explore Costa Rica!

Ticoadventures is concerned about bringing you an easy way to make your reservation, that's way our reservation system is made to fit this issue.

Here is how you start

Hotels - Tours - Packages - Custom Package - Schedule Plan

Hotels
1. First you can select our hotels displayed (see step 4) at the left side of the site or access our complete list of hotels in or in the "more hotels..." link (continue step to 2).
2. At the complete Hotel List you can order our available hotels to be displayed by Region or the Full Hotel List as well.
3. To view the complete detail of a specific hotel just click on the Hotel Name, Hotel Image or the visit Hotel link at the bottom of the description of each Hotel.
4. Once in the Hotel you chose you can have a more detailed information about the hotel as well as a section where you can define the reservation options.
5. At this Hotel options area, You specify if you requiere transportation to get to the Hotel or not, define how many persons including children are coming in the trip and how many nights you want to stay at the Hotel you selected.
  
  After chosing these parameters click the 'Add Hotel' Button to add it to your schedule plan

Tours
1. First you can select our tours displayed (see step 4) at the left side of the site or access our complete list of tours in or in the "more tours..." link (continue step to 2).
2. At the complete Tour List you have a short description of what is the tour's about!.
3. To view the complete detail of a specific tour just click on the Tour Name, Tour Image or the try Tour link at the bottom of the description of each Tour.
4. Once in the Tour you chose you can have a more detailed information about the tour as well as a section where you can define the reservation options.
5. At this Tour options area, You specify how many persons wants to participe in the tour and the departure time to start it.
  
  After chosing these parameters click the 'Add Tour to my Schedule Plan' Button to add it to your schedule plan

Special Packages
1. First you can select our Packages displayed (see step 4) at the left side of the site or access our complete list of Packages in or in the "more packages..." link (continue step to 2).
2. At the complete Packages List you have a short description of what is the Package's about!.
3. To view the complete detail of a specific Package just click on the Package Name, Package Image or the try Package link at the bottom of the description of each Package.
4. Once in the Package you chose you can have a more detailed information about the Package as well as a section where you can define the reservation options.
  
  Depending on the package, the options vary according the package specification.
  
  Here you can find these settings:
  
  (type1)*
  
  (type1) Defining the persons on each Package Room options set the schedule for each room on your plan! If you only wants one room type just set the amount of persons(adults,childs) on it.
  
  (type2)*
  
  (type2) Some Packages offers different options to choose in a specific day or Room type. That's why you can select the option you desire for this particular setting and as well as how many persons(adults,childs) are participating.
  
  (type3)
  
  (type3) Ticoadventures also offers Honeymoon wedding Packages as well, the option for this package already specify the price for the lucky couple.
  
  * Sometimes these options can be mixed (type1 & type2) according what the package can offer.
5. After chosing these parameters click the 'Add Package to my Schedule Plan' Button to add it to your schedule plan

  Go to list
Custom Package
1. To create your Custom Package click on the 'Create your own Package' image located at the top left area of the site, below ticoadventures logo:
2. Choose your package type defining if you require transportation or not and select the Pax amount for this adventure. Then click the proceed to step 2 button to select our range of hotels.
3. At the next step you will find a list of Hotels availables ordered by Region and clicking on the Hotel Name or Image will display the description of each one. At the end of the description is a button where you can add this hotel to your Custom Package Pack.
  
  You have an option to add the Hotel to your Custom Package directly from the list at the end of the Hotel Short Description if you want to add it faster.
4. In your custom package Pack you can arrange the order of your Hotels using button. This is because this order define the order of your staying hotel list where the Top one is your first hotel to stay and goes on to the last one at the Bottom list.
  You can specify the days to stay at each option as well as to remove it from the list with the mark at the right side of each hotel option.
5. You can keep selecting the hotels you like until you are satisfied with the list you defined, and when you are ready to start the adventure just click the Proceed Review button to set your plan.
Your Schedule Plan
1. Ticoadventures Schedule Plan System is not your regular shoppingcart. To provide a specialized method to display your plan we emphasize a calendar based system to show you all your adventure plan here in Costa Rica.
2. After adding your Hotel, Tour or Package you can access your schedule plan by clicking on , on the right hand side of this site just below the Main Menu Area.
3. At your Schedule Plan Panel, you can view all your selected options (Hotels, Tours, Packages & Custom Packages) and the settings you defined for each of them.
4. For each item on your Plan you still can update the preferences of how many adults or children are on it if the option is available.
5. As we mentioned before this Schedule Plan is a calendar based reservation system, so you have an important option on each item that is the Date Setting. In order to proceed to the final check out reservation form we need you to specify the date to init all items of your plan.
6. This Date Setting option requiere that your browser is Javascript enabled, this feature allow you to select the date for each item in an easy way.
7. After setting each item date, our system will show you your plan in a calendar chart where you can visualize your schedule in an easy and graphical way. On the left side of the chart is an reference code for each item of your plan as is displayed on the detailed (text based) section.
8. You still can update the date setting until it fits your plan.
9. When you are satisfied by the schedule you defined, you can proceed to check out and fill the reservation form clicking on the 'Check Out' Button that is available after you set all your plan dates.
10. Complete the Reservation form and we will contact you as soon as possible to verify your reservation. Remember that this Reservation System is for guiding purpose, the prices are subject to change depending the Hotel or the Tour Company. Ticoadventures will confirm the availability and the prices for your plan and will contact you to settle the payment method after you agrred with the final schedule.
